Chinese kids suffering from cleft lips smile

The second phase program of "The Smile Train" started in Beijing on Nov.
14, which would cure 30,000 Chinese needy children who suffer from cleft
lips for free each year. The Smile Train is a U.S.-based international
children's charity, whose programs started in China in March, 2000. To
date more than 80,000 poor Chinese children have received treatment.
