Gold bars in commemoration of marriage

A spokesman from the National Museum presented the treasured edition of
"gold bars in commemoration of marriage" in Beijing on the issuance
ceremony on Dec. 5. The National Museum of China released two gold works
of art for "love", the treasured "gold bar in commemoration of marriage"
and "betrothal gift gold bar." The two bars were made of gold of 99.9%
purity and priced at 159 yuan (US$19.6) per gram. The National Museum
will release 9,999 such gold bars for each edition in 2006 as a cherished
witness of a couple's lifetime conjugal bliss.
