Pupils and students in Harbin went back to school for class on Nov. 30,
2005. Harbin's education bureau released a notice to reopen all schools
in the city. In order to guarantee their safety, pupils and students are
suggested to bring some water to drink on the first day back to school.
The schools will also educate their staff as well as pupils and students
on rational use of water, water saving and security.
