Folk artist publicized law with "stunt"

Folk artist Wei Yihai was writing with fine salt the theme of the 5th
National Legal Publicity Day "Carry forward spirits of the Constitution,
construct a harmonious society," attracting numerous citizens. As Dec. 4
was the 5th National Legal Publicity Day, Shandong's Liaocheng City held
a law publicity activity on the People's Square in its Dongchangfu
District.
