A 14-year-old girl received assistance from the staff members of Dandong
Port Frontier Inspection Station when she was returning to China via
Dandong Port by a ship named "oriental pearl" sailing from South Korea's
Inchon to China's Dandong City on the morning of Feb. 12. It was the
Lantern Festival in Chinese lunar calendar as well as Jongwol Taeborum
(the First Full Moon Day), a traditional Korean festival, on that day,
when Dandong Port received the first group of more than 100 Korean
students returning to schools in China.
