Special stamps of Luoshen Appraisal Painting issued

Approved by the State Post Bureau of China, debut issuance ceremony of
the special stamps named "Luoshen (goddess of the Luo River) Appraisal
Painting" will be held in Henan's Luoyang on Sept. 28th.
